SEPTEMBER 30, 2019, ODESSA, TX – Phoenix Construction recently hosted a groundbreaking for Gordon Technologies in Odessa, Texas. The 13,000-square-foot facility will sit on 2.7 acres located in the PHX Permian Park 20 industrial park between Midland and Odessa.
Within the building itself, there will be 6,100 square feet of shop space with 2,500 square feet of office space on the first floor. The office box will house six offices, a conference room, and restrooms. The second floor will have four living areas with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. There will be a 1,250-square-foot wash bay on the back of the shop building, as well as covered parking in the front of the facility.
“We’re very excited to get the project for Gordon Technologies underway, our team is set to build a quality facility here in Odessa,” said Phoenix Project Manager, David Farmer.
Phoenix Chairman/CEO, Kaleb Brewer, echoed Farmer’s thoughts on the project.
“Phoenix is super excited about partnering with Gordon Technologies on their new facility in the Permian Basin,” said Brewer. “Everyone connected with this venture has been excellent to work with, and we look forward to completing the project in the coming months. I would like to thank Justin Dodd of NRG Realty and Garrett Gibbons for helping make this a possibility.”
