Hoover Ferguson Breaks Ground

ODESSA, TX – Phoenix Construction recently hosted a groundbreaking for Hoover Ferguson in Odessa, Texas. Located just south of Interstate 20, Hoover Ferguson has approximately 25,845 square feet under roof. It contains a 2-story office box, with approximately 3,383 square feet on the first floor, and another 3,485 square feet on the second floor. The shop boasts an 8,800 square foot service bay. The facility also contains a 10,055 square foot wash-bay, where Hoover Ferguson will wash off and cleanout their container equipment from the field. The wash-bay contains ozonated cleaning and filtering equipment that the customer will install to reuse and recycle the water used in washing their equipment.

Phoenix Project Manager, Jared Boone stated, “We are excited to be working on a project that contains so much leading-edge equipment to help reduce waste out in the field.” According to Boone, Phoenix Construction will be installing sloped concrete floors to a series of trench drains that will flow into containment pit to collect water before being recycled and reused. The facility will also contain a 105 square foot well house.

“Phoenix is super excited about partnering with Hoover Ferguson on their new facility in the Permian Basin,” said Phoenix Chairman/CEO, Kaleb Brewer. “Everyone connected with this venture has been excellent to work with, and we look forward to completing the project in the coming months. I would like to thank Justin Dodd of NRG Realty for helping make this a possibility.”
