ODESSA, TX – Phoenix Construction recently hosted a groundbreaking for NCS Multistage in Odessa, Texas. Located just south of Interstate 20, NCS Multistage will have approximately 36,107 square feet under roof. It also contains an office box consisting of 4698 square feet of office space, with a 4698 square foot mezzanine on top. The facility also contains a 30,000 square feet of shop space, with two 5-ton rail cranes and one 2- ton jib crane.
Phoenix Project Manager, Jared Boone stated, “We’re very excited to get the project for NCS Multistage underway, our team is set to build a quality facility here in Odessa.” According to Boone, a 1200 square foot bunker room is also attached to the shop that is used to house their equipment. The facility will also contain a 105 square foot well house.
