MIDLAND, TEXAS, February 5, 2019 – Phoenix Construction held a groundbreaking ceremony for Custom Truck One Source in Midland on January 22. The facility sits on 5.5 acres on the south side of Interstate 20 between Midland and Odessa.
The Custom Truck One Source facility will be a 16,500-square-foot building with six drive-through shop bays, a drive-through wash bay, and 5,200 square feet of office space, said Phoenix Production Manager David Farmer. The office space will consist of eight offices, a conference area, and employee locker room, as well as a sales counter that will be open to the public.
“We’re excited to get the project for Custom Truck One Source underway, and our team is set to build a quality facility here in the Midland area,” Farmer said, adding a special thanks to Justin Dodd, a broker at NRG Realty Group.
