We’re not exactly an Amish barn raising team. It’s a colorful crowd at Phoenix Construction, but you’ll love us, and you’ll love working with us. From our Founder and Chairman, right down to the Phoenix crews, we are a tight-knit team. A little weird…just like any other family. But we love what we do and love doing what we do with each other, and it shows in the work we deliver to our clients.
About Our Team
THE ANATOMY OF A FLAMING BIRD
War Bird. We display the mentality of a ninja and the spirit of a warrior. Being Mindful. Being Prepared. Being Agile. Know how to apply your skills in any situation and win.
Taking Flight. We educate our teammates and instruct them when they need help without seeking credit. Understand education is the fundamental element of our future growth. Be Supportive.
Heart of a Servant. We give ourselves to our customers, colleagues and communities we operate in not expecting anything in return. It’s at the core of our existence. Golden Rule applies.
Think Outside the Nest. We didn’t get here by walking down a fairway. We took calculated risks and created a new way of doing things. Always be curious in developing new ideas and new ways of getting things done.
The Early Bird Gets the Worm. Take pride in being first and treat this company as it is your own because it is. It will be what YOU make it. Be passionate and that energy will transpire and motivate.
Birds of a feather…flock together. It is all about family at Phoenix. This is who we are to each other. Dysfunctional at times, yes, but at the end of the day we are a single unit and our work must be done with that mentality. Each person plays a role and collaboration across the board is paramount.
Do the next right thing… even when it hurts
PRICE IS WHAT YOU PAY…
VALUE IS WHAT YOU GET.
The alpha dog not only sits at the head of the table, he runs it.
Kaleb Brewer founded Phoenix Construction in 2012 after seeing the quality of work in South Texas and knowing it not only could, but should be improved upon. By bringing a completely different attitude and business model to the construction industry, he has grown Phoenix Construction into a company that has doubled their profit every year.
With 15 years of development experience and 7 years leading construction teams, Kaleb has created a company culture that starts and ends with his personal life motto, best summarized by Winston Churchill: “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”
By creating a team that loves what they do and doing it the right way, he wants his customers to be as confident in what they receive as he is with the job he knows he is about to do. Outside of his family, Phoenix Construction makes him “more proud of than than anything he’s ever done in his entire life.”
